    На верфи Damen в Ичане состоялся спуск на воду кранового судна

    На китайском судостроительном заводе в Ичане DAMEN Yichang (входит в группу компаний Damen Shipyards Group) 13 апреля 2021 года состоялась церемония спуска на воду строящейся крановой баржи серии 7532, сообщила пресс-служба Damen.

    Верфь DAMEN в Ичане строит крановую баржу длиной 75 м и шириной 32 м для одного заказчика из Панамы. После спуска на воду судно будет подготовлено для отправки на китайскую верфь Huisman в провинции Фуцзянь, где готовится кран для установки на барже.

    Сначала возможности крана будут испытаны на суше, а затем его поднимут на баржу для установки и окончательного испытания вместе с судовыми системами. Крановое судно будет способно поднимать грузы весом 625 тонн на высоту 25 м.

    После завершения строительства и испытаний в Китае кран-баржа будет доставлена в Панаму на тяжелом транспортном полупогружном судне в конце этого года.

    В DAMEN отмечают, что при реализации проекта в Ичане возникли некоторые сложности, связанные с ограничениями из-за пандемии коронавируса. Однако, по словам менеджера по продажам DAMEN Оливье ван Папенрехта, коллективу удалось справиться с работой с незначительным отставанием от графика.

    Нидерландская компания DAMEN создана в 1927 году. В настоящее время международная судостроительная группа Damen Shipyards Group (головной офис - г. Горинхем) управляет 35 верфями и 20 другими компаниями в 20 странах при поддержке всемирной сети продаж и обслуживания. Общая численность персонала составляет 12 тыс. человек (3,5 тыс. - в Нидерландах). На сегодняшний день на верфях группы построено более 6,5 тыс. судов и ежегодно передается в эксплуатацию около 175 новых судов в более чем 100 странах мира. DAMEN специализируется на строительстве буксиров, катеров, патрульных судов, высокоскоростных судов, грузовых судов, земснарядов, судов для обслуживания морских платформ, судов ЛАРН, фрегатов и мега-яхт.

    Верфь DAMEN Yichang была основана в 1998 году голландской судостроительной компанией Damen Shipyards Gorinchem и китайской компанией Yichang Shipyard. Верфь в Ичане специализируется на строительстве комбинированных грузовых судов дедвейтом от 8 тыс. до 15 тыс. тонн по проектам, разработанным конструкторами Damen. Объем ежегодно используемых на верфи стальных изделий достигает около 50 тыс. тонн. На верфи строятся от девяти до двенадцати судов в год для экспорта. Верфь, расположенная на реке Янцзы, оборудована девятью причалами и большим судоподъемным эллингом. Завод имеет в своем распоряжении оборудование для производства стали и трубопроводов, а также цех струйной очистки и покраски корпуса. В 2010 году на верфи были построены новые трубопроводные, электрические и машинные цеха, а также новый склад. Как и все верфи и партнеры Damen, Yichang работает с известными поставщиками и производителями судового оборудования для поставки и установки основных судовых систем.
