    На ТТНГ начался монтаж третьей судопогрузочной машины мощностью 8 тыс. тонн угля в час

    Всего на причалах терминала будут установлены четыре машины

    Группа компаний «ОТЭКО» приступила к монтажу третьей судопогрузочной машины SHL 55/2200 (Bedeschi S.p.A., Италия) мощностью 8 тыс. тонн угля в час на причале №2 Таманского терминала навалочных грузов (ТТНГ). Об этом сообщает пресс-служба компании.

    Всего на причалах терминала будут установлены четыре машины данного типа, а общая перевалочная мощность судопогрузчиков после ввода в эксплуатацию всего парка машин составит 46 тыс. тонн угля в час.

    Как сообщалось ранее, первые две машины были установлены в апреле 2021 года и в настоящее время находятся в процессе пусконаладочных работ.

    Судопогрузчики SHL 55/2200 обладают высокими эксплуатационными характеристиками наряду со всеми принятыми стандартами защиты окружающей среды и дополнительно оборудованы системами пылеподавления и изменения потока угля на спускном лотке, что обеспечит безопасное и полное заполнение трюмов загружаемых судов.

    В настоящее время общая перевалочная мощность установленных на причалах терминала судопогрузчиков составляет 14 тыс. тонн в час, без учёта находящихся в пусконаладочных работах.

    Отмечается, что к концу 2021 года Таманский терминал навалочных грузов будет способен обеспечить перевалку до 5 млн тонн угля в месяц.

    Таманский терминал навалочных грузов (ТТНГ) – первый специализированный терминал по перевалке навалочных грузов в морских портах Азово-Черноморского бассейна Российской Федерации.

    Напомним, строительство Таманского терминала навалочных грузов ведется Группой компаний «ОТЭКО» в рамках федерального проекта «Морские порты России» Комплексного плана модернизации и расширения магистральной инфраструктуры.

    Терминал построен и эксплуатируется с использованием самых современных технологий защиты окружающей среды: высокоэффективной системы активного пылеподавления установками для распыления воды и систем аспирации; по периметру складов установлены пылезащитные экраны высотой до 25 м, а перемещение угля со складов до трюмов судов ведётся по полностью закрытым конвейерным линиям.

    В 2021 году перевалочная мощность ТТНГ составит 60 млн тонн, в том числе: 50 млн тонн угля, 5 млн тонн серы, 5 млн тонн минеральных удобрений.

    Группа компаний «ОТЭКО» – крупнейший частный инвестор в портовую инфраструктуру на юге России. С начала 2000 годов ГК «ОТЭКО» реализует комплексную инвестиционную программу по строительству терминальных мощностей в морском порту Тамань.

    На сегодняшний день построены и введены в эксплуатацию комплексы по перевалке сжиженных углеводородных газов, нефти и нефтепродуктов мощностью 19,9 млн тонн в год (Таманский перегрузочный комплекс нефти, нефтепродуктов и СУГ, ТПК), а также Таманский терминал навалочных грузов (ведётся реализация второго этапа строительства) мощностью 60 млн тонн в год.
