  Круглогодичная навигация в высоких широтах начнется в 2023-2024 годах – Юрий Трутнев

  Новым этапом в развитии Северного морского пути станет запуск в 2022 году регулярных контейнерных перевозок
  
  

  Вопросы развития Северного морского пути (СМП, Севморпуть) обсудил заместитель председателя правительства Российской Федерации – полномочный представитель президента РФ в ДФО Юрий Трутнев с парламентариями во время «правительственного часа» на заседании Совета Федерации.  Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Минвостокразвития России.
  
  Юрий Трутнев подчеркнул, что «системным условием реализации большинства проектов в Арктической зоне является развитие Северного морского пути», а стратегической задачей является создание на базе СМП нового глобального транспортного коридора.
  
  Правительство РФ планирует направления работы по строительству ледокольного флота, обеспечению надежности и безопасности судоходства, развитие системы наземной транспортировки грузов.
  
  На сегодняшний день проводку кораблей в водах Северного Ледовитого океана осуществляют пять атомных ледоколов. К 2026 году будут введены в эксплуатацию ещё четыре атомных ледокола проекта 22220, к 2027 году – первый ледокол проекта «Лидер». К середине 2022 года планируется разработка технического задания на проектирование и строительство четырёх СПГ-ледоколов. Грузовой флот ледового класса к 2030 году будет увеличен более чем в три раза. Необходимо построить более 30 танкеров, 40 балкеров и 22 контейнеровоза.
  
  Кроме того, в рамках космической программы России до 2025 года будет запущено три радиолокационных спутника для осуществления контроля за ледовой обстановкой, один спутник для метеорологического мониторинга, четыре космических аппарата для обеспечения пользователей в Арктической зоне спутниковой связью и сетью Интернет. Один спутник для метеорологического мониторинга уже вышел на орбиту.
  
  Также, по словам Юрия Трутнева, большое значение для обеспечения надежности и безопасности судоходства по Северному морскому пути имеет развитие систем спасения и оказания помощи судам на всей протяженности транспортного коридора. Для этого будут созданы спасательные станции в г. Певек, п. Сабетта, пгт. Диксон и Тикси, закуплена необходимая авиационная техника. На эти цели правительством РФ выделено 37 млрд руб. до 2026 года.
  
  Отдельное направление работы правительства связано с модернизацией и развитием портовой инфраструктуры. На трассе Севморпути расположено 18 портов, три из них модернизируется. Это порты «Певек», «Мурманск», «Архангельск». До 2024 года будет модернизировано ещё четыре.
  
  Ведётся строительство терминала «Енисей», порта «Бухта Север» и терминала «Утренний» в порту «Сабетта». После их ввода в эксплуатацию к 2024 году суммарный грузооборот портов Севморпути составит 85 млн тонн.
  
  Для эффективного использования СМП, подчеркнул зампред правительства, необходимо обеспечить наземную транспортировку грузов. Развитие Мурманского транспортного узла, реализация проектов «Северный Широтный ход 1» и «Северный широтный ход 2» позволят соединить порты Северного морского пути с системой железных дорог России.
  
  Новым этапом в развитии Северного морского пути станет запуск в 2022 году регулярных контейнерных перевозок, которые обеспечат доставку рыбной продукции с территории Дальнего Востока в европейскую часть страны. В 2023-2024 годах начнется круглогодичная навигация в высоких широтах.
