    Туапсинский МТП автоматизирует свои склады

    В порту планируют реализовать сразу несколько информационных проектов

    Туапсинский морской торговый порт (ТМТП) планирует автоматизировать складской учет при помощи QR-кодов на грузе. Такими планами, как передает корреспондент ИАА «ПортНьюм», во время конференции «Инфраструктура портов Азово-Черноморского и Азово-Донского бассейнов 2021» поделился управляющий директор ТМТП Дмитрий Ерков.

    «Порт Туапсе – самый интегрированный в городскую среду. Мы имеем ограничения по развитию как таковому территориально. Поэтому задумываемся о том, чтобы оптимизировать наши логистические процессы. Сейчас готовится стратегия развития, в которой целый раздел будет посвящен как раз оптимизации всех процессов», - рассказал Дмитрий Ерков.

    Так, Туапсинский морской торговый порт уже подключен к Дорожной информационно-логистической системе (ДИЛС) от РЖД. ДИЛС помогает взаимодействовать портам и терминалам с железной дорогой, планировать работу припортовых станций, контролировать отгрузки и выгрузки, прогнозировать продвижение грузов.

    «Несколько лет назад мы поняли, что основные проблемы у нас на стыке порта и железной дороги. Отсутствовала информация, мы плохо понимали, где наши вагоны, железная дорога не знала, что там у нас на подходах, с какой интенсивностью надо выгружать. После подключения к данной системе мы видим все, что следует в наш адрес. Подтянули к проекту наших основных якорных клиентов - Новолипецкий металлургический комбинат и Кузбассразрезуголь», - добавил спикер.

    В планах порта реализация еще нескольких информационных проектов.

    «Родилась идея формализации информационной модели грузового района. Сейчас она у нас в опытной эксплуатации. Если кратко - мы хотим создать инструмент, который позволит принимать решения по суточному планированию. Это чистая математика. Получаем данные по подходам поездов, по наличию трудовых ресурсов и техники, формируем оптимальный суточный план, который служит диспетчерам основой для принятия решения», - рассказал Дмитрий Ерков.

    Из-за того, что порт сильно ограничен в инфраструктуре и уже сейчас испытывает проблемы с планированием и занятием помещений, принято решение автоматизировать складской учет.

    «Начнем с черных металлов. Например, сейчас вся продукция Новолипецкого металлургического комбината имеет QR-коды, по которым мы и планируем идентифицировать груз. Мы обратили внимание на практику ретейла и задумались об автоматическом планировании складов с ячеистым хранением», - говорит управляющий директор ТМТП.

    Дмитрий Ерков напомнил, что Туапсинский морской торговый порт одним из первых в России ввел систему орошение угля. Сейчас она полностью автоматизирована.
     
    «Туапсинский морской торговый порт» (входит в Группу ППК) – основной оператор одного из крупнейших портов в России – морского порта Туапсе. Парк перегрузочной техники ГК ТМТП включает 27 портальных кранов грузоподъемностью от 10 до 124 тонн, а также 65 погрузчиков и бульдозеров.

Специализированные и универсальные стивидорные компании Группы осуществляют перевалку широкого спектра грузов, в том числе контейнерных, ро-ро, наливных, насыпных и навалочных, генеральных и негабаритных.
