    Gasum продала North Sea Midstream Partners свою долю в норвежском заводе СПГ

    Сделка осуществлена в рамках стратегии роста Gasum

    Норвежская энергетическая компания Gasum 16 ноября 2021 года закрыла сделку по продаже своего актива: завода по сжижению СПГ (Risavika LNG), расположенного в порту Рисавика (Норвегия). Акции проданы компании North Sea Midstream Partners (NSMP). Об этом говорится в пресс-релизе Gasum.

    Отдельное соглашение по оказанию бункеровочных услуг морским клиентам не вошло в условия сделки. Обе стороны договорились не разглашать сумму сделки. Компании также согласовали соглашение о переработке давальческого сырья, в соответствии с которым Gasum продолжит обеспечивать поставки сжиженного природного газа (СПГ) и сжиженного биогаза (LBG) своим клиентам с завода Risavika. Как отмечается в сообщении сделка является частью стратегии роста принятой Gasum.

    North Sea Midstream Partners (NSMP) является средней независимой компанией имеющей крупные инфраструктурные активы, предоставляющие услуги в регионе Северного моря.

    Крупнейший поставщик сжиженного природного газа в Скандинавских странах (в Норвегии, Финляндии и Швеции) норвежская энергетическая компания Gasum в октябре 2018 года увеличила свой пакет акций в компании Skangas с 70% до 100%, и в декабре все филиалы Skangas получили новый бренд Gasum. Приобретение актива осуществлено в рамках стратегии Gasum по расширению присутствия на скандинавском рынке энергоносителей, для развития инфраструктуры СПГ. Компания является также крупнейшим производителем и поставщиком биогаза в регионе. Группа Gasum насчитывает около 350 сотрудников в Финляндии, Норвегии и Швеции. В 2019 году выручка компании составила 1,128 млн евро.
