    «Морпорт СПб» внедрил единую цифровую систему управления производством

    ILSAR цифровизирует внутренний документооборот и обмен данными с ключевыми клиентами компании

    АО «Морской порт Санкт-Петербург» (МП СПБ) 7 декабря 2021 года ввело в промышленную эксплуатацию информационно-логистическую систему ILSAR (ИЛСАР), сообщила пресс-служба стивидорной компании.

    Новая программа даёт возможность в режиме реального времени получать и обрабатывать данные по всем этапам грузовых операций: с момента отправки груза в порт до получения клиентом. Работники компании-пользователи ИЛСАР могут в едином информационном поле контролировать подходы ж.-д. вагонов, судов и автотранспорта, состояние обрабатываемого транспорта и заполняемость складских площадок. Такой учёт ресурсов позволяет более чётко организовывать погрузочно-разгрузочные работы, управлять грузопотоками и планировать дальнейшую деятельность предприятия. С помощью новой системы порт автоматизирует ежемесячное планирование поступления, накопления и отправки грузов, сменно-суточное планирование объёмов перевалки с распределением трудовых и перегрузочных ресурсов по фронтам, каргопланы на погрузку/выгрузку каждого судна.

    ИЛСАР цифровизирует внутренний документооборот и обмен данными с ключевыми клиентами компании. В онлайн-режиме будет происходить оформление железнодорожных накладных, спецификаций, актов, ведомостей, приём и обработка заявок. В перспективе появится личный кабинет, где клиенты будут получать уведомления о движении груза.

    Благодаря интеграции с другими IT-системами (в т.ч. с программой ОАО «РЖД» АС «ЭТРАН») ИЛСАР автоматизирует учёт и планирование всей цепочки грузовых операций. Детальный анализ производственных процессов позволит повысить качество управленческих решений и операционную эффективность порта.

    Информационно-логистическая система автоматизации производства включает следующие модули: «Внутрипортовая ж.-д. логистика», «Автотранспортная логистика», «Сервисные функции», «Складская логистика», «Грузовая и коммерческая работа», «Судовая логистика», «Диспетчерская порта», «Работа с контейнерами», «Учет движения груза в таможенной зоне», «Учет и планирование производственной деятельности», «Отчетность и аналитика», «Автоматический обмен данными с другими ИТ-/АСУ-системами».
