  СК «Звезда» заложил третий танкер-газовоз СПГ класса ARC 7

  Судостроительный комплекс (СК) «Звезда» (г. Большой Камень, Приморсий край) заложил ледокольный танкер-газовоза СПГ класса ARC 7, сообщает пресс-служба комплекса.
  
  Торжественная церемония прошла на территории сухого дока.
  
  Третий газовоз будет назван в честь Сергея Витте, отечественного государственного деятеля, финансиста, родоначальника русской индустриализации.  
  
  Контракты на строительство 15-ти арктических судов-газовозов ледового класса Arc7, предназначенных для вывоза груза с завода «Арктик СПГ-2», были заключены СК «Звезда» и компаниями группы ВЭБ.РФ в декабре 2019 – июле 2020 года. Резку металла для головного судна серии судоверфь начала в ноябре 2020 года. Основным спонсором проекта и фрахтователем груза является компания «НОВАТЭК».
  
  СК «Звезда» – первая российская верфь, реализующая проект по строительству подобных судов. Ледокольные танкеры-газовозы предназначены для перевозки сжиженного природного газа и способны работать в арктических условиях благодаря усиленному ледовому классу Arc7 и ледопроходимости до 2,1 м. Это суда значительных масса-габаритных характеристик: длина– 300 м, ширина – 48,8 м, дедвейт – 81000 тонн. Мощность силовой установки судна составляет 45 МВт.
  
  Отличительной особенностью танкеров-газовозов является наличие системы хранения СПГ мембранного типа Mark III, лицензию на строительство которой судоверфь также получила впервые в стране, успешно пройдя аудит французской инжиниринговой компании Gaztransport & Technigaz (GTT), специализирующейся на разработке и лицензировании строительства криогенных мембранных систем удержания для транспортировки и хранения сжиженного газа.  
  
  Кроме того, судно будет оборудовано тремя уникальными винто-рулевыми колонками, производства которых также ведется на территории ССК «Звезда» на предприятии «Завод ВРК «Сапфир».
