    Возбуждено уголовное дело по уклонению от уплаты налогов Севастопольским морпортом

    В настоящее время проводятся следственные действия

    Крымский следственный отдел на транспорте Главного следственного управления Следственного комитета Российской Федерации по Республике Крым и городу Севастополю расследует уголовное дело по факту сокрытия денежных средств ГУП Севастополя «Севастопольский морской порт», за счет которых должно производиться взыскание налогов, сборов, страховых взносов (ч. 1 ст. 199.2 УК РФ). Об этом сообщает пресс-служба СК РФ.

    По данным следствия, руководство Севастопольского морского порта, заведомо зная, что на расчетных счетах имеются неоплаченные инкассовые поручения на оплату задолженности по налогам и сборам, скрыли денежные средства, за счет которых должны были взыскаться недоимки по налогам. Расчеты с кредиторами осуществлялись через расчетные счета третьих лиц.

    Таким образом, с марта по ноябрь 2021 года поступающие деньги от производственной деятельности расходовались на цели, не связанные с уплатой налогов, тем самым были сокрыты денежные средства предприятия в размере более 4 млн руб.

    Уголовное дело возбуждено по материалам Севастопольского линейного отдела полиции и отдела экономической безопасности и противодействия коррупции Крымского ЛУ МВД России на транспорте.

    «В настоящее время проводятся следственные действия, направленные на установление всех обстоятельств совершенного преступления. Расследование уголовного дела продолжается», - говорится в сообщении.

    Севастопольский морской  порт – универсальный незамерзающий порт на юго-западном побережье Черного моря, расположенный в уникальных, удобных и защищенных от ветров, бухтах.

    Акватория порта общей площадью 15 кв. м включает в себя: акваторию Севастопольской бухты с каналом и ковшом р. Черная, акваторию бухты Казачьей и Камышовой, а также Балаклавской бухты, за исключением участков, которые принадлежат к зонам ответственности  безопасности мореплавания Министерства обороны и Администрации Государственной пограничной службы.

    Площадь территории порта – 28,9 га. В распоряжении предприятия – 11 причалов общей протяженностью 1770 м, с глубинами от 6 до 10 м. Открытые складские площади – 74 тыс. кв. м. Площадь закрытых складских помещений в капитальных зданиях – 16 250 кв. м.

    Порт предоставляет услуги по комплексному обслуживанию судов, грузов и экипажей. В работе используется развитая инфраструктура порта, включающая железнодорожные и подкрановые пути, автомобильные дороги, инженерные сети и ремонтные базы. На предприятии трудятся более тысячи человек с многолетним опытом.
