    Деятельность «Ростерминалугля» соответствует требованиям экологической безопасности по всем контрольным направлениям

    Исследовались 42 пробы атмосферного воздуха, 191 проба воды и 97 проб промышленных выбросов

    Высокотехнологичный специализированный угольный терминал АО «Ростерминалуголь» подвел итоги за 2021 год по комплексному наблюдению за состоянием окружающей среды на предприятии, говорится в сообщении стивидорной компании.

    В январе-декабре ФГУЗ «Центр гигиены и эпидемиологии в Ленинградской области в Кингисеппском районе» отобрал на исследования 42 пробы атмосферного воздуха на границе Единой санитарно-защитной зоны (ЕСЗЗ).

    Также в соответствии с программой и планом-графиком экологического мониторинга, утвержденными Невско-Ладожским бассейновым водным управлением Федерального агентства водных ресурсов, на стивидорном предприятии была отобрана 191 проба питьевой, сточной и природной воды.

    Согласно полученным в ходе мониторинга данным деятельность АО «Ростерминалуголь» соответствует требованиям экологической безопасности по всем контрольным направлениям:

    – средняя концентрация взвешенных веществ в очищенных водных стоках составила 6,25 мг на куб.м при допустимой норме 9 мг (ниже нормы на 30%);

    – средние показатели содержания пыли в пробах атмосферного воздуха на границе ЕСЗЗ составили 0,2 мг на куб. м при норме 0,3 мг (на 33% ниже допустимых);

    – уровень шума на границе ЕСЗЗ в дневное и ночное время находился в пределах допустимых уровней в 55 дБ и 45 дБ соответственно.

    Для определения эффективности работы аспирационных систем терминала специалисты ФБУЗ «Центр лабораторного анализа и технических измерений по СЗФО» провели отбор 97 проб промышленных выбросов и провели измерения аэродинамических параметров на аспирационных установках станции разгрузки вагонов и пересыпных станциях. Превышений допустимых концентраций не обнаружено.

    В 2021 году инвестиции в реализацию комплексной долгосрочной программы повышения экологической безопасности предприятия превысили 1 млрд руб. Один из этапов программы – возведение ветро-пылезащитного ограждения угольного склада, которое обеспечит абсолютное следование нормам и требованиям соответствующих международных стандартов по контролю факторов риска в производственной деятельности и влияния на окружающую среду. Окончание строительно-монтажных работ запланировано на 2022 год.

    С 2021 года АО «Ростерминалуголь» является участником проекта «Углеродно-нейтральный транспорт», соответствующее соглашение стивидорное предприятие и Российский университет транспорта (РУТ МИИТ) подписали в ходе XV юбилейных международных форума и выставки «Транспорт России».

    АО «Ростерминалуголь» (Усть-Луга, Ленинградская область) − крупнейший в европейской части России специализированный угольный терминал с высокотехнологичной перевалкой угля.

    Стивидорное предприятие обеспечивает экспортную перевалку угля различных российских производителей. Грузооборот АО «Ростерминалуголь» в 2021 году составил 24,4 млн тонн угля.

    АО «Ростерминалуголь» оснащено лучшим современным оборудованием, обеспечивающим закрытую перевалку угля, в том числе вагоноопрокидывателями и вагоноразмораживателями, стакерами/реклаймерами, конвейерными линиями и пересыпными станциями, трансбордерами и судопогрузочными машинами.

    Терминал сертифицирован в соответствии с требованиями по контролю факторов риска в производственной деятельности и влияния на окружающую среду международного стандарта ISO 14001:2015. Экологическая безопасность предприятия обеспечивается, в частности, системами аспирации и пылеподавления, системами орошения и снегогенерации, очистными сооружениями. В настоящее время реализуется проект дальнейшей модернизации терминала.
