    «Морпорт СПб» в 2022 году ожидает поставку более 40 единиц перегрузочной техники и крана грузоподъемностью 63 тонны

    В 2021 году поступило 12 единиц новой техники

    АО «Морской порт Санкт-Петербург» (МП СПб) в рамках технического перевооружения в 2022 году ожидает поставку более 40 единиц новой перегрузочной техники и одного крана грузоподъемностью 63 тонны, сообщила пресс-служба стивидорной компании.

    Новое подъёмно-транспортное оборудование позволит повысить интенсивность погрузочно-разгрузочных работ и производственную эффективность предприятия.
    В 2021 году на причалы МП СПб поступила партия новой техники: два вилочных автопогрузчика KALMAR, три ковшовых автопогрузчика CASE, шесть ролл-трейлеров SEACOM и трактор «Беларус».

    Автопогрузчики KALMAR грузоподъёмностью 33 тонны со съёмными противовесами предназначены для обработки черных металлов. Модель DCG 330-12 отвечает требованиям безопасности по системе FOPS/ROPS и европейским экологическим стандартам EU Stage IIIA. Машины укомплектованы контрольными приборами, встроенными электрообогревателями, камерой заднего вида с монитором, системами световой и звуковой сигнализации, что обеспечивает высокий уровень безопасности.

    Два погрузчика CASE с усиленными мостами предназначены в основном для проведения маневровых работ. Для комфортной и безопасной эксплуатации комплектация включает джойстик для управления фронтальным оборудованием, систему дополнительного освещения, зеркала с подогревом, камеру заднего вида, монитор. Погрузчики оборудованы съёмными ковшами объёмом 3,8 куб. м.

    Третий автопогрузчик CASE относится к линейке колёсной мини-техники. Он поставлен в МП СПб вместе с навесным оборудованием для уборки территории порта. С этой целью компания также приобрела новый, седьмой по счёту, трактор «Беларус».

    Универсальные ролл-трейлеры SEACOM грузоподъёмностью 80 тонн задействованы при перегрузке стальной продукции. Платформы оборудованы ложементами для рулонной стали и брусами для слябов. Новые прицепы имеют усиленные боковые продольные балки и колесные пары, большую высоту резинового бандажа колёс.

    Напомним, в 2021 году грузооборот АО «Морской порт Санкт-Петербург» превысил 8,2 млн тонн, что на 17% больше аналогичного показателя прошлого года.

    Специализированные и универсальные стивидорные компании Группы ППК осуществляют перевалку широкого спектра грузов, в том числе контейнерных, ро-ро, наливных, насыпных и навалочных, генеральных и негабаритных.
