    Строительство и реконструкция гидротехнических сооружений в 2022 году запланированы на 37 объектах в 23 регионах России

    За срыв сроков строительства объектов инженерной защиты будут отчитываться вице-губернаторы

    Мероприятия по строительству и реконструкции гидротехнических сооружений в 2022 году запланированы на 37 объектах в 23 регионах страны. Работы проходят в рамках федерального проекта «Защита от негативного воздействия вод и обеспечение безопасности гидротехнических сооружений на территории России», который курируют Росводресурсы. Соблюдение сроков работ в части регионов обсудили на совещании под председательством заместителя руководителя Росводресурсов Наталии Сологуб. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба ведомства.

    Для всех участников в календаре мероприятий установлены «контрольные точки», к датам которых регионы должны отчитаться о проделанной работе. На сегодняшний день сроки не соблюдаются при реконструкции защитной дамбы на правом берегу реки Сылвы в Кунгуре Пермского края, при берегоукреплении на реке Дон в районе Павловска Воронежской области, на объекте защиты Крымского района от негативного воздействия вод на реках Адагум, Неберждай, Баканка в Краснодарском крае, при устройстве защитной дамбы на реке Енисей в Кызыле Республики Тыва, при берегоукреплении участка Волгоградского водохранилища в Вольске Саратовской области, а также в ходе строительства Красногорского водоподъёмного гидроузла на реке Иртыш в Омской области.

    «Контрольные точки должны соблюдаться чётко – об этом мы предупреждали ещё в прошлом году. Кто не укладывается, тот пишет объяснительные за подписью вице-губернатора или заместителя председателя правительства, курирующего конкретные объекты. Если эта процедура нарушится - телеграммы в адрес глав регионов отправятся уже от нас. Напоминаю, что именно губернаторы лично обращались в правительство Российской Федерации с просьбами профинансировать важные для субъектов стройки», - отметила Наталия Сологуб.

    Прошли контрольные точки 6 регионов, большинство из них в ближайшее время заключат госконтракты с подрядными организациями, исполнителями работ. Это Республика Татарстан, где в 2022-2023 годах запланировано берегоукрепление Куйбышевского водохранилища у посёлка Камское Устье. В Рыбинске Ярославской области в те же сроки намерены укрепить правый берег Волги, в Чеченской Республике – провести работы на правом и левом берегах реки Хулхулау в посёлке Автуры.

    Три года понадобится Алтайскому краю для строительства инженерной защиты в селе Краснощеково. Владимирская область продолжит реконструкцию гидротехнического сооружения через реку Колпь. Как и Ивановская область, где с 2019 года приводят в порядок защитную дамбу в городе Юрьевец.

    Добавим, V Международный конгресс «Гидротехнические сооружения и дноуглубление», организатором которого выступает ведущая отраслевая медиа-группа «ПортНьюс», состоится в Москве 16-17 февраля 2022 года. В рамках конгресса - IX Международный Форум дноуглубительных компаний и V техническая конференция «Современные решения для гидротехнических работ».
