  Судзавод «Лотос» начал монтаж насосно-машинного отделения на головной земснаряд проекта 93.159

  На производственной площадке «Лотос» Южного центра судостроения и судоремонта (входит в Объединенную судостроительную корпорацию, ОСК) начался монтаж насосно-машинного отделения на головной земснаряд проекта 93.159 (строительный номер 504). Об этом говорится в сообщении ОСК.
  
  Центральное насосно-машинное отделение крепится к корпусу при помощи специальных соединений, что позволяет демонтировать его при необходимости без огневых работ.
  
  Вес оборудования составляет 27 тонн. В насосно-машинном отделение располагаются дизельные двигатели привода погружного грунтового насоса и двигатели гидронасосов.
  
  Строительство четырех земснарядов на производственной площадке «Лотос» осуществляются в рамках контракта с АО «Государственная транспортная лизинговая компания» (ГТЛК). Инновационные земснаряды с высокотехнологичными решениями на борту позволят обновить дноуглубительный флот и решить проблему обмеления водоемов.
  
  Техническая готовность головного земснаряда проекта 93.159 (строительный номер 504) составляет 65%. На судне продолжаются окрасочные работы, монтаж оборудования, изоляции и системы трубопроводов, электромонтажные работы.
  
  Основные характеристики судна данного проекта: длина корпуса - 50,00 м; ширина корпуса - 11.88 м; высота борта - 2,97 м; осадка средняя с полным запасом топлива -1,30 м; глубина выработки грунта максимальная - 10 м; глубина выработки грунта минимальная - 2.0 м; производительность земснаряда – 900 м3/час.
  
  Как сообщалось ранее, в середине декабря 2021 года АО «ГТЛК» выбрало исполнителя контракта по строительству земснаряда проекта 93.159. Победителем конкурса стало АО «ССЗ «Лотос», которое выполнит работы за 2,39 млрд руб. Сроки передачи судов -- сентябрь 2024 года.
  
  На производственной площадке «Лотос» Южного центра судостроения и судоремонта (ЮЦСС, входят в Объединенную судостроительную корпорацию, ОСК) строятся четыре земснаряда проектов 93.159 и 93.159.1. Работы выполняются в рамках контракта с АО «ГТЛК» на строительство четырех земснарядов с роторными и фрезерными рыхлителями для внутренних водных путей Российской Федерации. Технический проект разработан нидерландской компанией Royal IHC.

  Вопросы строительства дноуглубительного флота будут рассматриваться рамках V международного конгресса «Гидротехнические сооружения и дноуглубление», который проводит ИАА «ПортНьюс» в Москве в Торгово-промышленной палате Российской Федерации  состоится 16-17 февраля 2022 года >>>>
