    В Авачинской губе находятся 84 затонувших объекта

    Порядок возмещения расходов из федерального бюджета будет ускорен

    По последним данным, всего в Авачинской губе зафиксировано 84 затонувших объекта, из них в акватории морского порта Петропавловск-Камчатский - четыре объекта; в границах порта на участке № 5 (Усть-Камчатск) находятся еще 68 затопленных судов. Об этом говорится в сообщении пресс-службы правительства Камчатского края.

    «Будет ускорено принятие порядка субсидирования возмещения расходов из федерального бюджета», - отметил губернатор региона Владимир Солодов.

    Из четырех судов, затонувших в границах морского порта и запланированных к удалению,  одно судно в бухте Сероглазка удалено; второе судно в бухте Сероглазка на сегодняшний день находится в полузатопленном состоянии и в 2021 году частично удалено (срезана надводная часть корпуса, индивидуальным предпринимателем продолжается работа по его удалению); третье затонувшее судно, находящееся вблизи глубоководного выпускного коллектора у мыса Чавычного, утилизировано в 2021 году в рамках государственного контракта по восстановлению коллектора; последнее из четырех судов – рефрижератор «Ронд» - поднято на поверхность. Судоподъемной компанией решается вопрос транспортировки на утилизацию.

    Всего с 2017 года из акватории Авачинской губы удалено 38 затонувших судов. Из них 19 судов утилизированы собственниками. Еще 19 судов, не имеющих опознавательных знаков, удалены с 2021 года по настоящее время из акваторий бухт Раковая, Заводская, Бабья и Южная, а также у мысов Санникова и Сероглазка.

    Помимо этого, в акватории Авачинской губы 16 судов уже находится в процессе удаления/утилизации.

    Из судов и их останков, находящихся в Авачинской губе, определена к удалению в первую очередь 41 единица, а также 10 объектов подлежат удалению из акватории бухты на перспективу как не создающие помех судоходству, деятельности порта и представляющие наименьшую угрозу экологической обстановке.

    Распоряжением правительства Российской Федерации от 6 февраля 2021 года №264-р утвержден План мероприятий («дорожная карта») по подъему и удалению затонувших в акватории ДФО судов.

    Как сообщалось ранее, по информации заместителя руководителя правительства РФ Виктории Абрамченко, на Дальнем Востоке в 2022 году в рамках «генеральной уборки» планируется поднять и утилизировать 68 судов.

    К 2024 году, по ее словам, запланировано утилизировать 213 судов.
