    Началось изготовление оборудования для четвертого серийного атомохода проекта 22220 «Чукотка»

    Атомный ледокол должен быть введен в эксплуатацию в 2026 году

    АО «ОКБМ Африкантов» (входит в машиностроительный дивизион Росатома - Атомэнергомаш) приступило к изготовлению оборудования реакторной установки «РИТМ-200» для четвертого серийного универсального атомного ледокола «Чукотка», говорится в сообщении «Атомэнергомаша».

    Атомный ледокол должен быть введен в эксплуатацию в 2026 году.

    РИТМ-200 – это двухреакторная установка с реакторами тепловой мощностью 175 МВт каждый. РИТМ-200 имеет высокий ресурс, коэффициент использования установленной мощности и период непрерывной работы, минимальное количество перегрузок активной зоны. Установка обладает низким уровнем собственного энергопотребления, что обеспечивает лучшие эксплуатационные характеристики ледокола в целом.

    Также в АО «ОКБМ Африкантов» завершено изготовление перегрузочного комплекса для ледоколов нового поколения.

    Основные характеристики атомного ледокола «Чукотка»: мощность – 60 МВт (на валах), скорость хода – 22 узла (по чистой воде), длина – 173,3 м (160 м по КВЛ), ширина – 34 м (33 м по КВЛ), высота – 52 м, осадка – 10,5 м/8,65 м, максимальная ледопроходимость – 2,8 м, полное водоизмещение – 33 540 тонн, назначенный срок службы - 40 лет.

    Ледоколы данной серии будут оснащены двухреакторной энергетической установкой с основным источником пара от реакторной установки нового поколения РИТМ-200 мощностью 175 МВт, специально разработанной для этого судна.

    Технический проект атомохода был разработан ЦКБ «Айсберг». Двухосадочная конструкция судна позволит использовать его как в арктических водах, так и в устьях полярных рек. Ледокол будет работать в западном районе Арктики: в Баренцевом, Печорском и Карском морях, а также на более мелководных участках устья Енисея и районе Обской губы.

    Предприятия АО «Атомэнергомаш» обеспечивают полную производственную цепочку создания РИТМ-200 – от проектирования и производства заготовок до изготовления и монтажа оборудования. АО «ОКБМ Африкантов» выступает проектировщиком и комплектным поставщиком изделия, а также изготавливает ряд важных элементов силовой установки. Изготовление корпуса реактора и финальная сборка проходят на заводе «Зио-Подольск».

    21 октября 2020 года официально вступил в строй головной атомный ледокол «Арктика» с РУ РИТМ-200. 24 декабря 2021 года введен в эксплуатацию первый серийный универсальный атомный ледокол «Сибирь» проекта 22220. Продолжается строительство универсальных атомных ледоколов «Урал», «Якутия» и «Чукотка».  

    Закладка пятого по счету и четвертого серийного атомного ледокола проекта 22220 «Чукотка» на стапеле Балтийского завода в Санкт-Петербурге состоялась 16 декабря 2020 года/
