    Росрыболовство согласовало строительство газопровода к морскому порту «Суходол»

    Газопровод протяженностью 24 км проложат с учетом рыбоохранных требований

    Приморское теруправление Росрыболовства согласовало строительство газопровода к морскому порту «Суходол» и к трём крупным селам в Приморском крае, сообщила объединенная пресс-служба ведомства.

    Значимый для края газопровод проложат с учетом рыбоохранных требований, отмечается в сообщении.

    В настоящее время в Приморском крае действует подписанная губернатором Приморского края и председателем правления ПАО «Газпром» программа развития газоснабжения и газификации региона на 2021–2025 годы. Действие программы осуществляется в соответствии с поручением президента России Владимира Путина о развитии газоснабжения и газификации регионов.

    В рамках реализации этой программы в Приморское территориальное управление Росрыболовства поступила проектная документация о прокладке газопровода к расположенному на юге края незамерзающему морскому порту «Суходол» и близлежащим с ним трём крупным селам – Шкотово, Штыково и Многоудобное.

    Согласно проекту, протяженность газопровода составит свыше 24 км, он будет пересекать реки Шкотовку, Артемовку, крупные ручьи Рубисов и Янкин Ключ, а также четыре ручья без названия. Ихтиофауна этих водных объектов представлена непромысловыми и промысловыми видами рыб, в том числе лососевыми, использующими русла этих водотоков для нагула, нереста и частично зимовки.

    Специалистами Приморского теруправления Росрыболовства проведен анализ представленной проектной документации. Согласно заключению о её согласовании, проектом разработан комплекс мероприятий, направленных на предохранение водных объектов от загрязнения и снижения воздействия на их состояние водных биоресурсов и среды их обитания.

    Как отметили в отделе согласования хозяйственной деятельности и предупредительного надзора Приморского теруправления Росрыболовства, в связи с высоким уровнем организации строительных работ и соблюдения природоохранных требований, расчетная величина последствий негативного воздействия составляет менее 10 кг в натуральном выражении, поэтому проведение мероприятий по восстановлению нарушаемого состояния водных биоресурсов не требуется.

    Строительство многофункционального портово-промышленного комплекса в бухте Суходол ведется АО «Центр развития портовой инфраструктуры». Планируемая мощность портового комплекса составляет 70 млн тонн, в котором, кроме реализуемого угольного терминала с годовым объемом перевалки 20 млн тонн, планируется построить крупнейший глубоководный контейнерный хаб мощностью 3 млн TEU, терминалы по перевалке зерновых культур, СПГ, СУГ и метанола.
