    NIIF инвестирует в приобретение 22,5% в СП с DP World

    DP World и Национальный инвестиционный и инфраструктурный фонд Индии (NIIF) объявили о расширении действующего партнерства. По соглашению, из головного фонда NIIF будет инвестирован капитал в размере 22,5 млрд индийских рупий (около $300 млн) в долю акций в размере около 22,5% в компании Hindustan Ports Private Limited (HPPL), дочерней структуры, полностью принадлежащей DP World.

    Благодаря этой сделке, одной из крупнейших вложений из основного фонда NIIF, его общие инвестиции в рамках этого партнерства составят около $500 млн. Сделка, после утверждения соответствующими органами, будет закрыта к I кварталу 2023 года.

    HPPL является одним из ведущих и успешно развивающихся операторов по перевалке контейнерных грузов в Индии. Компания управляет пятью контейнерными терминалами грузооборотом более 5 млн TEUs и занимает более 20% национального рынка страны. Терминалы расположены в Мумбаи, Мундру, Ченнаи и Кочин, говорится в сообщении DP World.

    Эта инвестиция из головного фонда NIIF расширяет действующее партнерство DP World и NIIF, возникшее после создания в 2018 году Hindustan Infralog Private Limited (HIPL). С момента своего появления на рынке, HIPL сделала значительные инвестиции в развитие железнодорожной логистики, мультимодальных логистических парков, контейнерных грузовых станций, СЭЗ, складской инфраструктуры для хранения скоропортящихся грузов и контрактной логистики.

    Интеграция цепочки создания стоимости во всех индийских портах и логистическом рынке позволит индийским операторам HIPL и HPPL обеспечить будущий рост. Основной капитал, привлеченный в результате этой сделки, поможет в развитии новой инфраструктуры, повысит эффективность цепочки поставок и поддержит будущие инициативы роста HPPL.
