    ЛСП «Северный полюс» отправится в первый рейс из Петербурга в Мурманск 1 сентября

    Частью исследований станет изучение деформаций льда с использованием системы мониторинга нагрузок ледостойкой самодвижущейся платформы

    Новая ледостойкая самодвижущаяся платформа (ЛСП) «Северный полюс» отправится в первый рейс из Санкт-Петербурга в Мурманск 1 сентября 2022 года, сообщили ИАА «ПортНьюс» в Арктическом и антарктическом научно-исследовательском институте (ААНИИ).

    Специалисты ААНИИ в июне этого года сформировали научную программу экспедиции «Северный полюс-41» в Арктику. Основной целью работ станут комплексные исследования в системе «атмосфера — ледяной покров — океан» в высоких широтах Северного Ледовитого океана в годовом цикле. Эта работа имеет принципиально важное научное и практическое значение и полностью отвечает национальным интересам Российской Федерации.

    Исследования проведут в ходе свободного дрейфа вмороженной в лед ЛСП «Северный полюс» в области трансарктического дрейфа от района его зарождения в северных частях Чукотского и Восточно-Сибирского морей до выхода в Северо-Европейский бассейн Атлантического океана через пролив Фрама. Важной частью исследований в области судостроения и материаловедения станет изучение деформаций морского льда с использованием системы мониторинга ледовых нагрузок ЛСП. Корпус платформы, оснащенный специальными датчиками, позволит измерить параметры его состояния во время ледовых сжатий. Изучение этих процессов поможет исследовать механику деформации и разрушения морских льдов при взаимодействии с инженерными сооружениями и природными объектами.

    ЛСП «Северный полюс» ‒ уникальное научно-исследовательское судно, обладающее функционалом научно-исследовательского центра и предназначенное для круглогодичных экспедиций в высоких широтах Северного Ледовитого океана. Судно призвано проводить геологические, акустические, геофизические и океанографические исследования; способно проходить во льдах без привлечения ледокола, а также принимать на борту тяжелые вертолеты типа МИ-8 АМТ (Ми-17). ЛСП обеспечит комфортные и безопасные условия работы и проживания для 14 членов экипажа и 34 человек научного персонала на полярной станции при температуре до -50° и влажности 85%. Основные тактико-технические характеристики ЛСП: длина – 83,1 м; ширина – 22,5 м; водоизмещение – около 10390 тонн; мощность ЭУ – 4200 кВт; скорость ‒ не менее 10 узлов; прочность корпуса ‒ Arc8; автономность по запасам топлива ‒ около 2 лет; срок службы ‒ не менее 25 лет.

    Арктический и Антарктический научно-исследовательский институт (ААНИИ) – ведущий мировой научный центр по исследованию полярных областей Земли. Научные подразделения института занимаются фундаментальными и прикладными исследованиями климата, процессов в атмосфере, ближнем космосе, морской среде и ледяном покрове. Распоряжением правительства Российской Федерации от 8.10.2012 г. №1872-р Арктический и антарктический НИИ назначен государственным оператором для организации и осуществления деятельности в Антарктике в интересах Российской Федерации.
