    Отключение от электроснабжения объектов АО «КТК-К» в Казахстане не повлияло на отгрузку нефти на терминале

    Угроза создания аварийной ситуации на объектах отсутствует

    В результате неблагоприятных погодных условий в Атырауской области Республики Казахстан (дождь, гроза, ураганный ветер) и падения нескольких опор воздушных линий электропередачи 220КВ были отключены от электроснабжения объекты АО «КТК-К» на территории республики: НПС «Курмангазы» и НПС «Исатай». Как сообщает пресс-служба КТК, по состоянию на 27 июля 2022 года инцидент не повлиял на выполнение графика отгрузки текущего месяца. Отгрузка нефти на Морском терминале КТК в настоящее время осуществляется в штатном режиме.

    Питание основного оборудования станций осуществляется от резервных источников, угроза создания аварийной ситуации на объектах отсутствует. При этом запуск насосного оборудования в текущих условиях технологически невозможен.

    В настоящее время ремонтные бригады АО «КТК-К» и соответствующие службы Республики Казахстан проводят работы по ликвидации технологического нарушения.

    О выходе на штатные режимы работы указанных станций будет сообщено дополнительно.

    Трубопроводная система КТК – один из крупнейших инвестиционных проектов в энергетической сфере с участием иностранного капитала на территории СНГ.

    Протяженность трубопровода Тенгиз – Новороссийск составляет 1 511 км. По этому маршруту транспортируется более двух третей всей экспортной нефти Казахстана, а также сырье с российских месторождений, в том числе расположенных на Каспии. Морской терминал КТК оснащен тремя выносными причальными устройствами (ВПУ), позволяющими безопасно загружать танкеры на значительном удалении от берега, в том числе при неблагоприятных метеоусловиях.

    Акционеры КТК: Федеральное агентство по управлению государственным имуществом в лице ПАО «Транснефть» (доверительное управление) – 24%, «КТК Компани» – 7%, АО НК «КазМунайГаз» – 19%, Kazakhstan Pipeline Ventures LLC – 1,75%, Chevron Caspian Pipeline Consortium Company – 15%, LUKARCO B.V. – 12,5%, Mobil Caspian Pipeline Company – 7,5%, Rosneft-Shell Caspian Ventures Limited – 7,5%, BG Overseas Holdings Limited – 2%, Eni International N.A. N.V. S.ar.l. – 2% и Oryx Caspian Pipeline LLC – 1,75%.
