    Грузооборот Хабаровского края и КНР через Большой Уссурийский остров к 2030 году достигнет 1,3 млн тонн ‒ губернатор

    Пассажиропоток через круглогодичный пункт пропуска составит 1,45 млн человек

    Грузооборот Хабаровского края и Китая через трансграничный Большой Уссурийский остров к 2030 году может достичь 1,3 млн тонн грузов. Об этом заявил глава российского региона Михаил Дегтярев во время переговоров в режиме ВКС с губернаторами китайских провинций Хэйлунцзян и Гуандун, сообщает пресс-служба краевого правительства. Пассажиропоток через круглогодичный пункт пропуска на острове может составить 1,45 млн человек.

    КНР – ведущий внешнеторговый партнер Хабаровского края. По итогам 2021 года товарооборот Хабаровского края с Китаем превысил $1,3 млрд долларов, за первое полугодие 2022 года показатель вырос на четверть, говорится в сообщении. Губернатор региона напомнил, что в феврале 2022 года президент РФ Владимир Путин и председатель КНР Си Цзиньпин договорились об увеличении взаимного товарооборота до 200 млрд долларов к 2024 году.

    По словам Дегтярева, благодаря сотрудничеству с провинцией Хэйлунцзян в 2022 году была возобновлена работа двух пунктов пропуска: Хабаровск – Фуюань и Покровка – Жаохэ. За неполные два месяца через них перегружено более 70 тыс. тонн грузов. По его мнению, дополнительной точкой роста должно стать формирование нового логистического маршрута для доставки контейнерных грузов речным транспортом между портами краевой столицы, Фуюаня и Тунцзяна. В дальнейшем практика может быть распространена на провинцию Гуандун – с использованием мощностей морских портов Ванино и Советская Гавань.

    В вопросе увеличения грузопотока ключевая роль отводится совместному освоению трансграничного острова Большой Уссурийский и строительству круглогодичного грузопассажирского пункта пропуска. Губернатор Хабаровского края обратился к главе провинции Хэйлунцзян с инициативой создания на Большом Уссурийском совместной трансграничной территории развития, резидентами которой могут стать компании трех регионов. Глава провинции Китая выразил готовность к плотной работе в этом направлении, сказано в сообщении.

    В подтверждение достигнутых договоренностей стороны подписали протокол о намерениях по торговому и экономическому сотрудничеству.
