    Угольный морской терминал «Порт Эльга» в Хабаровском крае прошел экологическую экспертизу

    Мощность терминала составит 30 млн тонн в год

    Угольный морской терминал «Порт Эльга», который планируется возвести в районе мыса Манорский Охотского моря, прошел экологическую экспертизу и допущен к реализации, сообщает ООО «УК «Эльга Уголь».

    Согласно документу о завершении государственной экологической экспертизы, экспертная комиссия проверила «Программу инженерно-геологических изысканий на акватории по объекту: «Угольный морской терминал «Порт Эльга» в районе мыса Манорский» и установила соответствие представленной документации требованиям законодательства в области охраны окружающей среды. Экспертизу выполняло Черноморо-Азовское морское управление Федеральной службы по надзору в сфере природопользования, заключение комиссии утверждено приказом от 23 сентября 2022 года.

    «Таким образом, первоочередные работы по «Порту Эльга» согласованы. На основании положительного заключения компания готова приступить к выполнению работ в акватории Охотского моря», ‒ говорится в сообщении.

    Проектная мощность терминала «Порт Эльга» составит 30 млн тонн в год. Уголь будет поступать с Эльгинского месторождения по Тихоокеанской железной дороге. Здесь сможет загружаться до 4 судов водоизмещением до 85 тыс. тонн каждое. Угольный морской терминал «Порт Эльга» примет первый балкер в 2024 году.

    Напомним, в сентябре 2022 года на полях Восточного экономического форума Газпромбанк, правительство Хабаровского края и компания «Порт Эльга» (входит в группу «А-Проперти») подписали соглашение о сотрудничестве при возведении железнодорожной ветки необщего пользования со связанной инфраструктурой от терминала порта Ванино – «Порт Эльга» до Эльгинского угольного месторождения, а также угольного морского терминала в районе мыса Манорский на побережье Охотского моря. Предполагается, что в проект будет инвестировано 146,6 млрд рублей.

    Инициатива по сооружению независимого порта предусматривает возведение терминалов по загрузке и разгрузке судов и железнодорожных вагонов с устройством пятикилометровой конвейерной линии между ними, а также склада для хранения угля в портовой зоне.

    Эльгинское угольное месторождение – одно из крупнейших месторождений коксующегося угля в мире. Расположено в Юго-Восточной части Якутии, в 415 км к востоку от города Нерюнгри и в 300 км от Байкало-Амрурской магистрали. Участок строительства «Порта Эльга» расположен на северо-западном берегу Удской губы Охотского моря в Хабаровском крае. Ближайший населенный пункт – село Чумикан.

    «А-Проперти» принадлежит 80% в Эльгинском угольном комплексе, 20% контролирует компания ООО «ЭнергоГрупп» генерального директора объединенной ООО «УК Эльга-Сибантрацит» (ЭЛСИ) Александра Исаева.
