    В Петербурге судоводители осуществляли плавание на маломерных судах после закрытия навигации — транспортная полиция

    Нарушители будут оштрафованы

    В Санкт-Петербурге, в акваториях Большой и Малой Невки транспортными полицейскими выявлены судоводители, которые осуществляли плавание на маломерных судах в период закрытой навигации, сообщила пресс-служба Санкт-Петербургского линейного отдела (СПб ЛО) МВД России на водном транспорте.

    Сотрудниками транспортной полиции совместно с представителями СПб ГКУ «Агентство внешнего транспорта» в ходе проведения рейдовых мероприятий в акватории реки Большой Невки выявлено маломерное судно под управлением 37-летнего местного жителя.

    Установлено, что судоводитель в нарушение п. 1.7 Правил пользования водными объектами для плавания на маломерных судах в Санкт-Петербурге, осуществлял плавание в период закрытия водных объектов Санкт-Петербурга.

    В ходе проверки документов также выяснилось, что у судоводителя отсутствует доверенность на право управления судном.

    С аналогичными нарушениями в акватории Малой Невки установлен 39-летний петербуржец.

    Материалы в отношении нарушителей будут направлены в комитет по транспорту для составления административных протоколов по статье 43-3 Закона Санкт-Петербурга «Об административных правонарушениях» и в ГИМС МЧС ГУ МЧС России по Санкт-Петербургу для составления административных протоколов по ч.1 ст. 11.8.1 КоАП РФ «Управление маломерным судном судоводителем, не имеющим при себе документов, необходимых для допуска к управлению маломерным судном».

    Санкция статьи за нарушение Правил пользования водными объектами для плавания на маломерных судах в Санкт-Петербурге предусматривает наложение административного штрафа на граждан в размере от трех тысяч до пяти тысяч рублей; на должностных лиц - от двадцати тысяч до тридцати тысяч рублей; на юридических лиц - от пятидесяти тысяч до ста тысяч рублей.
