  Недобор квоты на вылов мойвы в Баренцевом море по итогам путины составил 6,4%

  Квота России была согласована в объеме 24,6 тыс. тонн

  Вылов мойвы российскими рыбаками в Баренцевом море по состоянию на 27 марта 2023 года составил 23,05 тыс. тонн – 93,6% от национальной квоты. При этом добыча увеличилась на 12% относительно 2022 года. Об этом сообщает пресс-службы Росрыболовства со ссылкой на данные отраслевой системы мониторинга. Путина завершена, рыбаки покинули район промысла.

  По итогам 52-й сессии смешанной российско-норвежской комиссии по рыболовству (СРНК) в октябре 2022 года национальная квота России была согласована в объеме 24,6 тыс. тонн и распределена между 21 российским пользователем водных биоресурсов. На заключительном заседании штаба по организации промысла мойвы в Баренцевом море заместитель руководителя Росрыболовства Василий Соколов обратил внимание участников, что надо улучшать результат и выбирать все 100% квоты.

  В ходе штаба также обсуждены вопросы промысла других объектов рыболовства в Северном бассейне – трески, пикши, путассу. Отмечено, что есть небольшое проседание по отношению к прошлому году на добыче трески, связанное с сезонным колебаниями, по пикше вылов идет с увеличением. На данный момент нет рисков недоосвоения российскими рыбаками квот за пределами исключительной экономической зоны России — в Северной Атлантике и Норвежском море. Возможны сложности в море Ирмингера, связанные с вопросами логистики и выставления флота, но в целом работа на промысле путассу идет хорошо. Никаких сложностей нет.

  На штабе также обсудили переход флота на работу с электронным рыболовным журналом (ЭРЖ), который должен состояться к 1 декабря 2023 года. По данным отраслевой системы мониторинга, в Северном бассейне зарегистрировано 214 судов, осуществляющих рыболовство, 103 судна (48%) уже оборудованы и используют для передачи данных судовых суточных донесений (ССД) программный комплекс «Электронный рыболовный журнал» (ЭРЖ), в тестовом режиме работают 13 судов. Все судовладельцы проинформированы о необходимости переоснащения судов.
