    «Роснефть» и Indian Oil Company заключили соглашение об увеличении поставок нефти в Индию

    Россия впервые в истории вошла в пятерку крупнейших торговых партнеров Индии

    ПАО «НК «Роснефть» и Indian Oil Company заключили соглашение о существенном увеличении поставок нефти в Индию и диверсификации ее сортов, сообщает пресс-служба российской компании. Подписи под документом поставил главный исполнительный директор «Роснефти» Игорь Сечин и председатель Indian Oil Company Шрикант Мадхав Вайдья.

    Во время рабочей поездки Игоря Сечина в Индию также были проведены встречи с представителями государственных ведомств страны, руководителями ряда крупнейших нефтегазовых компаний страны. В частности, обсуждались вопросы расширения комплексного сотрудничества в энергетической отрасли между НК «Роснефть» и индийскими компаниями по всей технологической цепочке, а также возможности осуществления взаиморасчетов в национальных валютах. Внимание также было уделено реализации совместных проектов «Роснефти» и индийских партнеров, среди которых «Сахалин-1», «Таас-Юрях» и «Ванкорнефть».

    Стороны отметили значительный рост товарооборота между Россией и Индией. По последним статистическим данным министерства торговли и промышленности Индии, Россия впервые в истории вошла в пятерку крупнейших торговых партнеров Индии: товарооборот между странами по итогам 2022 года достиг $38,4 млрд.

    ПАО НК «Роснефть» — лидер российской нефтяной отрасли. Основными видами деятельности являются поиск и разведка месторождений углеводородов, добыча нефти, газа, газового конденсата, реализация проектов по освоению морских месторождений, переработка добытого сырья, реализация нефти, газа и продуктов их переработки на территории России и за ее пределами.

    Основным акционером (40,4% акций) является АО «Роснефтегаз», на 100% принадлежащее государству, 19,75% акций принадлежит компании BP Russian Investments Limited, 18,46% акций — компании QH Oil Investments LLC, одна акция принадлежит государству в лице Федерального агентства по управлению государственным имуществом.
