Приморские моряки требуют ареста иностранных судов из-за долгов по зарплате в общей сумме более $700 тысяч
Около 100 приморских моряков, не получающих зарплату более трех месяцев, требуют ареста 6 иностранных судов, стоящих в порту Находка. Об этом сообщил председатель Дальневосточной региональной организации Российского профсоюза моряков (РПСМ) Николай Суханов. По его словам, долги иностранных компаний перед моряками составляют более $700 тыс.
Как сообщает РИА «Новости», на данный момент 4 судна под иностранными флагами стоят на причале в Находке, еще 2 - на рейде.
«Из этих 6 судов - 5 под флагом Маршалловых островов принадлежат кипрской компании «Элтрико холдинг». Еще одним судном является теплоход под флагом Камбоджи, который принадлежит японской компании «Марина Трейдинг», - сказал Суханов.
Он отметил, что моряки-приморцы уже направили заявление в прокуратуру края и в городской суд Находки с требованием ареста судов для последующей их продажи. Суханов сообщил, что первое слушание пройдет 5 июня, в пятницу. Российский профсоюз моряков в настоящее время предпринимает все необходимые меры для ареста морских судов по залоговому требованию, согласно Международной Конвенции, отметил он.
