    Посадка на мель является наиболее частым транспортным происшествием в Северо-Западном бассейне – Ространснадзор

    Посадка на мель является наиболее частым транспортным происшествием в Северо-Западном бассейне. Об этом свидетельствуют данные Циркуляра Ространснадзора по транспортным происшествиям.

    «Анализ транспортных происшествий по Северо-Западному бассейну за 2009 год показал, что 80% ТП – это посадка на мель», - говорится в Циркуляре.

    В подтверждение приводится следующая информация: 13 мая 2009 года теплоход «Омский-141» (ОАО «СЗП») сел на мель на 893 км Волго-Балтийского канала, 25 мая теплоход «РТ-309» (ООО «Речная Транспортная компания») сел на мель на 762,4 км ВБК, 31 мая теплоход «Кижуч» (ООО «Транспетрочарт») сел на мель на 541,3 км ВБК, 7 июня теплоход «Волго-Дон 185» (ОАО СК «Волжское пароходство») сел на мель на 960,4 км ВБК, 18 июня теплоход «Волгонефть-104» (ООО «Средне-Волжское СК») сел на мель на 682,1 км ВБК,  в тот же день сел на мель теплоход «Дубина» (ЧП Базыкин) на 775 км ВБК, 30 июля теплоход «Загорск» (ООО «СК Виктория») сел на мель на 692 км ВБК, 1 августа теплоход «Волго-Дон 5068» (ОАО Рыбинское речное пароходство») сел на мель на 598,5 км ВБК, 3 августа теплоход «Тибет» (ЗАО «Волгарь Транс флот») сел на мель на 766,5 км ВБК и 9 августа 2009 года теплоход «Лахта» (ООО «Буксирно-транспортная компания») сел на мель в районе Кошкинского фарватера.

    Отмечается, что все посадки на мель произошли в темное время суток, причем в 60% - на вахте капитана. «Это говорит о слабой трудовой дисциплине, неудовлетворительной организацией несения навигационных вахт», - подчеркнули в Ространснадзоре.

    «Северо-Западное управление Госморречнадзора предупреждает, что транспортные происшествия, в том числе посадки на мель, произошедшие в тумане на участках, запрещенных к движению в условиях ограниченной видимости, будут рассматриваться как умышленно совершенные с применением КоАП РФ статья 11.7 – лишение права на управление судном на срок до одного года», – подытожили в федеральной службе.
