    Nord Stream планирует учредить международный фонд охраны природы Балтийского моря в июне 2012 года

    Nord Stream AG в рамках деятельности по защите окружающей среды планирует в июне 2012 года учредить международный фонд охраны природы Балтийского моря. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба компании.

    «Создание международного фонда станет логичным дополнением к природоохранным мерам, которые Nord Stream реализует во время строительства и эксплуатации газопровода «Северный поток», - подчеркнул директор по согласованиям компании Nord Stream AG Дирк фон Амельн.

    Фонд будет учрежден в 2012 году. Планируется, что его головной офис будет находиться в Финляндии. Компания Nord Stream AG обеспечит номинальный капитал в размере 10 млн евро. Кроме того, 15 млн евро будет выделено на обеспечения мер по охране окружающей среды и снижению эвтрофикации в Балтийском море.

    Деятельностью фонда будет руководить Управляющий комитет,  попечительский совет будет выполнять наблюдательную функцию. На данный момент идет подготовка организационной структуры фонда. По примеру уже существующего Германского фонда охраны окружающей среды Балтийского, в структуру управления фонда планируется включить экологические ассоциации, государственные органы и наднациональные организации прибрежных  стран Балтийского моря.
