Port of Houston approves $2.3M in construction projects

The Port Commission of the Port of Houston Authority has approved $2.3 million in construction projects.
At its June 24, meeting PHA Commissioners approved a construction contract to Jerdon Enterprise LP of Stafford for Woodhouse Terminal Access Control, for $1.28 million.
The Port Commission also selected HPA Inc. to design the project.
Meanwhile, the Port delayed consideration of construction of an additional wharf at its Bayport Terminal complex for a special meeting. That project is valued at around $74 million.
