Passenger traffic by St. Petersburg - Helsinki ferry line in 2010 amounted to 154,000 people, PortNews reports citing the Helsinki Port Authority.
According to the HPA the route has been very popular since St. Petersburg-based St. Peter Line resumed in April 2010 cruises of the Princess Maria on the ferry line St. Petersburg - Helsinki.
However, the actual number of passengers transported in the calendar year appeared to be much below of projected figures (about 500ths) announced by the ferry operator at the opening ceremony.
