According to the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) assessment the river vessels operating condition the Russian river fleet reduced last year by 3.6%, USC President & CEO Roman Trotsenko said in Moscow, speaking at a general meeting of the Association of Shipping Companies (ASC), PortNews correspondent reported.
