The Azov Sea Basin Commission responsible for organization of icebreaking assistance to ships in the Azov Sea-based Russian ports and access channels will be held on December 24, 2012 at 04:00pm (MT) at the office of Rostov branch of Taganrog Port Authority.
The Icebreaking operation center meeting is open for all interested organizations.
