Tanker Zaliv Vostok joins bunkering fleet of Nayada LLC (photo)

Bunkering fleet of Nayada LLC has been expanded with the 4,400-dwt tanker Zaliv Vostok. According to the company’s press center, the vessel was built in 2002 in Turkey and can simultaneously store 3 types of oil products. 

The tanker will commence operation at the ports of the Primorsk Territory in March 2014. 

The Zaliv Vostok is fitted with large pumps with total performance of 1,000 cbm/h and unique jet-type maneuvering device for docking in bad weather conditions without the assistance of tugboats. As the company told IAA PortNews, “it is the most state-of-the-art bunkering tanker being unrivalled among other tankers in Russia and approved by oil majors”.

Nayada LLC was established in 1998. The company’s fleet numbers 7 tankers. Nayada supplies bunker fuel to the ports of Russia’s Far East: Nakhodka, Vostochny, Vladivostok, Pociet, Zarubino, Slavyanka, Bolshoi Kamen.
