According to IAA PortNews bunker prices review, average price for IFO-180 НS at port Vladivostok was $487 per tonne, MGO price was $823 per tonne.
Prices increase at domestic market is attributed to dollar rate increase.
The port of Singapore saw a $3 increase of heavy fuel oil and $1 decline of MGO prices.
