According to IAA PortNews bunker prices review, average price for IFO-180 НS at port Vladivostok was $466 per tonne (-$3), MGO price was $805 per tonne (-$8).
Minimum MGO price is $790 pmt.
Market participants note IFO-180 HS deficit though it does not influence the port operations so far.
The port of Singapore sees a fall of heavy fuel oil and MGO prices (-$16 and -$13 respectively).
