SOCAR Marketing and Economic Operations Department announced a tender on export of SOCAR's 1 204 000 barrels of REBCO crude oil (Russian Export Blend Crude Oil) from Novorossiysk Port on November 7-8 (584 thou barrels) and 18-19 (620 thou barrels), Today.Az reports.
