During 2008-2011 the plant is to construct two drilling units under 'turn-key' arrangements for Gazflot Ltd., a semisubmersible drilling unit with a free deck for Sea Dragon Offshore and a living module for 'Prirazlomnaya' MLSP, RZD-Partner reports according to FIS. The plant is to complete production modernization by 2011 to significantly increase metal working productivity.
