Participation terms:
Cost of participation – RUB 10,000 per participant. VAT free.
Sponsorship package – RUB 200,000 – includes the following set of promotional options:
• Placement of sponsor’s logo and name with the status indication on the advertisement banner in the conference hall;
• Placement of sponsor’s logo in the conference materials (first page) and placement of sponsor’s advertisement on an inside page of the conference materials. The advertisement is to be provided by a sponsor.
• 500 word company profile is to be included in the conference materials.
• Placement of materials provided by sponsor on the Sponsors’ desk next to the registration desk;
• Placement of sponsor’s banner in the conference hall. The banner is to be provided by a sponsor.
• Opportunity to make a 15-minute report at the conference. The subject and the time is to be specially approved by the conference organizer;
• Participation of two representatives of the Customer in the event.
