TRANSTEC-2010 business program has been extended
As part of the business program of TRANSTEC-2010 Expo and the 2nd International Conference ‘The Future of Russian Ports’, to be held in St. Petersburg in October, the Association of Commercial Seaports (ASSOP), State Maritime Academy of Adm. Makarov and Module LLC will hold on October 6th a session on "Containerization is the basis of freight flows efficiency" and "Port Technology - the main factor of the competitiveness of ports”, the Organizing Committee press office said. The meeting will be attended by members of the ASSOP’s Committee on the Mechanization.
The program includes visiting on October 7 the container terminal Pulkovo of Module LLC. In addition, as part of the conference program "The Future of Russian Ports" the Russian Customs Service North-West Directorate will present a report on the transport operation in terms of new legislation in connection with the entry from 1 July 2010 the new Customs Code of the Customs Union.
