RS Murmansk Branch Director appointed
Vladimir Nikolayev was appointed Director of Murmansk Branch of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, the RS press release said.
Vladimir Nikolayev joined RS in 1994 and promoted since then from a surveyor to the Deputy Director of the RS Murmansk Branch.
The RS Murmansk Branch was established in 1937. The Region of its activity is: Murmansk Oblast, Republic of Karelia (north of 62 parallel), Krasnoyarsk Territory (north of 60 parallel), Khatanga Bay and port of Khatanga, the islands of Spitsbergen, Franz Josef Land and Severnaya Zemlya.
