Alexei Zagorovsky appointed CEO of the Shtokman Development AG
Alexei Zagorovsky was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Shtokman Development AG, FINAM reports citing Gazprom’s Deputy Chairman Alexander Medvedev’s interview with journalists today.
The appointment of Alexei Zagorovsky was approved yesterday in Switzerland by the Board of Directors of Shtokman Development. Earlier, Mr. Zagorovsky held the office of Deputy Director General at Gazprom offshore production.
Earlier reports said, the stockholders of Shtokman Development AG at a general meeting June 21, 2010 in Zurich, had reelected the Board of Directors and approved the financial statements for the year 2009. The company’s stockholders decided to cancel payment of dividends for 2009 and bonuses for the Board members for this period, the company’s press release said.
Ernst & Young was appointed the Auditor of the Shtokman Development AG for 2010.
Shtokman Development AG (Shtokman Development AG) was established for implementation of the Shtokman project by Russia's Gazprom, France's Total and Norway's StatoilHydro. GazProm holds a 51% stake in the Swiss Zug-based joint venture, French Total - 25%, and StatoilHydro – 24.
