Passenger ships collide at Arkhangelsk Port
Two passenger ships Nikolai Gogol (owned by Sevmash, Severodvinsk) and Peter Zavernin (shipowner Rechport, Arkhangelsk), collided while sailing at the harbor of Arkhangelsk, PortNews IAA reports citing the Ministry of Transport press-service.
As a result of the incident there were no casualties or oil spill reported. The Peter Zavernin’s left side fender bar was damaged (another ship had no damages). The investigation into the incident in underway, the Ministry said.
