Gazprom Neft stockholders approve dividends payment, name the company’s Board
Stockholders of Gazprom Neft JSC at the annual general meeting of 29 June approved the annual report and annual financial statements of the company for 2009, Gazprom Neft press release said.
The company’s stockholders decided to pay out dividends at amount of 16,926,440 rubles of the company's US GAAP net income (95,592,511,000 rubles) 3.57 rubles per common stock. The dividend will be paid before May 31, 2011.
They also elected to the Board of Directors: Chairman Alexei Miller, Andrei Kruglov, Deputy Chairman, CFO of Gazprom, Valery Golubev, Deputy Chairman, Valery Golubev, the Board member, Kirill Seleznev, Head of Marketing Department, gas processing and liquid hydrocarbons production of Gazprom, Alexander Kalinkin, Deputy Head of Gas, Gas Condensate and Oil Department; Olga Pavlova, the Board member, Head of Asset Management and Corporate Relations of Gazprom, Nikolay Dubik, the Board member, Head of Legal Department of Gazprom, Alexander Mikheyev, Mr. Seleznev’s first Deputy Head, Alexander Dyukov, CEO of Gazprom Neft, Vladimir Alisov, Mr. Dubik’s first deputy head.
Gazprom Neft is a subsidiary of Gazprom holding a 95-percent stake in the company. The company is engaged in prospecting, development, production and sale of oil and gas, as well as production and marketing of petroleum products. The Gazprom Neft Group includes more than 40 oil producing, refining and marketing enterprises operating in Russia’s 18 regions and in CIS countries.
