Klaipedos Nafta exceeds its projected volume of sales in 2008
According to preliminary data, state-owned oil products terminal and load company Klaipedos Nafta loaded 6.239 million tones of oil products and received revenues of 89.8 million litas (26 million euros) over nine months of the year 2008.
In September , the company loaded 532,000 tonnes of oil products and its revenues stood at 7.2 million litas (2.1 million euros), The Baltic Course reports according to RZD-Partner.
The company stated having exceeded the projected volume of its sales this year. The good results were determined by the increase of oil products transported from the oil producers of Russia and Belarus, as well as the renewed load of Mazeikiu Nafta.
A holding of 70.63% of Klaipedos Nafta is owned by the Economy Ministry.
