RUR 460 mln allocated for construction of grain terminal of OJSC "TMTP" in 2008
RUR 460 mln were allocated for construction of grain terminal of OJSC “Tuapse Sea Commercial Port“ (TMTP) in 2008. Starting-up and adjustment works and trial launch of the terminal is planned for February, 2009.
The construction works are being carried out within the limits of a development program of OJSC "TMTP" till 2010.
The terminal complex with the throughput of 2 mln tons a year will include granaries of capacity of 102,000 tons, a station of wagons unloading, a clearing tower, and also a deep-water berth for reception of vessels of up to 50,000 tons capacity and of 255 m long. It is planned to allocate over RUR 1.2 bln for construction of the complex.
OJSC " Tuapse Sea Commercial Port " is the basic operator of one of the largest ports in Russia – the sea port of Tuapse. Its throughput reached 9.7 mln tons in the first half of 2008.
