President Medvedev taps new head of Kremlin administration
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has appointed Sergei Ivanov the head of the presidential administration, dismissing him from the post of Deputy Prime Minister, the Kremlin press office reported.
Mr. Ivanov replaces acting chief of staff Vladislav Surkov, and Sergei Naryshkin, who was elected the Russian State Duma speaker on Wednesday.
