  Совет директоров «Северной верфи» одобрил сделку с НССЗ о поставке надстройки на общую сумму в 410 млн руб.

  Совет директоров ОАО «СЗ «Северная верфь» (Санкт-Петербург) одобрил сделку с ОАО «Средне-Невский судостроительный завод» на общую сумму в 410 млн руб. на изготовление и поставку надстройки из полимерных композиционных материалов для заказа зав. № 1005 проекта 20385 во исполнение государственного контракта от 27.03.2006 № 253/05/2/К/0546-06 . Как указано в материалах «Северной верфи», сроки поставки определены для I этапа – октябрь 2013 года, для II этапа – IV квартал 2014 года, для III этапа – IV квартал 2014 года.  
  
  ОАО «Судостроительный завод «Северная верфь» - ведущее российское предприятие надводного кораблестроения и судостроения, на котором сосредоточено более 75% российского военного надводного кораблестроения. Основными направлениями деятельности завода являются: строительство, ремонт и модернизация боевых надводных кораблей класса эсминец, фрегат, корвет по гособоронзаказу для ВМФ РФ, строительство, ремонт и модернизация боевых надводных кораблей для иностранных ВМС по программе военно-технического сотрудничества, коммерческое судостроение для внутреннего и внешнего рынков: суда снабжения морских буровых платформ различных типов, ледоколы, наливные и сухогрузные суда дедвейтом до 12 тыс. тонн.
  
  ООО «Невский судостроительно-судоремонтный завод» расположен в 40 км от Санкт-Петербурга в городе Шлиссельбурге на левом берегу реки Невы и является одним из старейших предприятий водного транспорта на Северо - Западе России. Судостроением занимается с 1952 года. Выполняет строительство морских и речных судов различного типа и назначения и все виды судоремонта. Судоподъемный слип «Невского судостроительно-судоремонтного завода» позволяет спускать на воду и поднимать для ремонта суда длиной до 140 м и доковым весом до 2500 тонн.
