First open water of RF inland waterways in 2013
According to the order of the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (RosMorRechFlot) dated December 26, 2012 No АД-346-р on the categories of aids to navigation and the terms of their operation, guaranteed dimensions of navigation passes and operation terms for navigational hydraulic structures in 2013-2015, the terms are specified for the beginning of navigation aids’ operation per basin, press center of RosMorRechFlot informs.
1. Azov-Don and Volga-Don – from April 1;
2. Volga-lower Volga – from April 1-4, central Volga – from April 1-18, upper Volga – from April 18-25;
3. Volga-Baltic – from April 30 till May 5;
4. Moscow – from April 24 till May 5;
5. Kama – from April 25 till May 5;
6. White Sea – Onega – from May 15-20;
7. Northern Dvina – from April 20 по May 25;
8. Pechora – from May 18 – 29;
9. Ob – from May 1-20;
10. Ob-Irtysh – from April 28 till July 20;
11. Yenisey – from May 10 till 15 June;
12. Baikal-Angara – from May 10 till June 10;
13. Lena - from May 11 till July 20;
14. Amur – from April 26 till June 1.
It is underlined that those are forecast terms depending on ice clearance of navigation passes.
