Cosco to extend SE Asia service
Cosco Container Lines announced plans to extend the port rotation of its Southeast Asia HSH Service, effective this month.
The Shanghai-based carrier said the service would now cover Zhanjiang, Shantou and Singapore, and the first vessel in the upgraded service would be the Yanhe, departing from Hong Kong on April 22.
The new HSH rotation is Shantou, Hong Kong, Zhanjiang, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City and back to Shantou.
“The extension will provide more convenient transit service from Zhanjiang and Shantou to global major ports via Hong Kong and Singapore,” it said in an announcement.
