    Грузооборот Большого порта Санкт-Петербург за 8 месяцев 2013 года сократился на 3% - до 37 млн 825 тыс. тонн

    Грузооборот Большого порта Санкт-Петербург за январь-август 2013 года сократился на 3% по сравнению с аналогичным показателем прошлого года - до 37 млн 825 тыс. тонн. Об этом сообщается в материалах администрации порта.

    Объем перевалки навалочных грузов вырос на 8% - до 4 млн 165 тыс. тонн. В том числе объем перевалки руды сократился на 8% - до 450,7 тыс. тонн, минудобрений – вырос на 11%, до 3 млн 710,6 тыс. тонн.

    Объем перевалки насыпных грузов сократился на 19% – до 217,9 тыс. тонн, в том числе 171,2 тыс. тонн зерна (+7%), лесных грузов сократился на 17%, до 157,5 тыс. тонн.

    Объем перевалки генеральных грузов сократился на 15%, составив 8 млн 104 тыс. тонн. В том числе в порту было переработано 2 млн 606,5 тыс. тонн черных металлов (-20%), 1 млн 222,1 тыс. тонн цветных металлов (-14%) и 1 млн 423,5 тыс. тонн рефгрузов (+8%).

    Объем перевалки нефтепродуктов сократился на 2% и составил 8 млн 829 тыс. тонн.

    Контейнерооборот порта остался на прежнем уровне и составил 1 млн 680 тыс. 344 TEUs. Также в порту было обработано 574,5 тыс. тонн накатных грузов (Rо-Rо).

    Порт Санкт-Петербург расположен на островах дельты реки Нева, в Невской губе, в восточной оконечности Финского залива Балтийского моря. В границы Большого порта Санкт-Петербург входит дельта реки Нева и Невская губа, Кронштадт и комплекс защитных сооружений Санкт-Петербурга от наводнений (дамба). В период зимней навигации в порту осуществляется ледокольная проводка судов. На территории порта, по данным Администрации морского порта Санкт-Петербург, перевалку грузов ведут около 30 стивидорных компаний. Грузооборот порта Санкт-Петербург в 2012 году сократился к уровню 2011 года на 4% - до 57 млн 814,4 тыс. тонн.
