  И.о. гендиректора Балтзавода назначен Александр Коновалов

  Исполняющим обязанности генерального директора ООО «Балтийский завод - судостроение» (входит в Объединенную судостроительную корпорацию, ОСК) с 17 сентября 2013 года назначен Александр Коновалов. Это следует из материалов, опубликованных на сайте завода. Официально данную информацию в ОСК и пресс-службе Балтзавода  не подтвердили и не опровергли.
  
  Как, в свою очередь, сообщили ИАА «ПортНьюс» в пресс-службе «Прибалтийского судостроительного завода «Янтарь», до 1 июня 2013 года Александр Коновалов занимал должность временного исполняющего обязанности генерального директора данного предприятия. В настоящее время врио завода является Виктор Тутынин.
   
  Как сообщалось, бывший гендиректор Балтзавода Александр Вознесенский подал в отставку.
  
  Балтийский завод входит Объединенную судостроительную корпорацию (ОСК). специализируется на строительстве надводных кораблей 1 ранга, судов ледового класса (ледоколов, многофункциональных судов-снабженцев, судов технического обеспечения работ на шельфе) с атомными и дизель-электрическими силовыми установками, атомных плавучих энергоблоков, плавучих опреснительных комплексов.
  
  Для сохранения трудового коллектива и компетенций в рамках ОСК было создано ООО «Балтийский завод – Судостроение», в которое перешла большая часть работников ОАО «Балтийский завод». Новому юридическому лицу были переданы судостроительные и машиностроительные компетенции стратегического предприятия. Задачами ОАО «Балтийский завод» остаются содержание в порядке имущественного комплекса завода и защита государственных имущественных интересов в судебных процессах.
  
  Портфель заказов ООО «Балтийский завод – Судостроение» сейчас составляет около 60 млрд руб. Крупнейшие из них: атомный ледокол 60 МВт, дизель-электрический ледокол 25 МВт, плавучий энергоблок первой в мире плавучей атомной теплоэлектростанции. Оборот предприятия за 2012 год составил около 9 млрд руб., чистая прибыль – 50 млн руб.
