Evides builds demi water plant in the port of Rotterdam
‘Evides Industriewater’ is constructing a Demi Water Plant in the Botlek area. Combined with the existing pipeline for demineralised water, Evides is able to supply demiwater to a large number of chemical companies and refineries in the Rijnmond area. The capacity of the new installation is 1,400 m3 per hour and the construction, which started in 2008, will cost some € 50 million. The installation is situated on the Huntsman site.
